Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Nighttime Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store during late-night hours, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the store is secure and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the store during late-night hours, including operating the shop in line with company policy and ensuring that customers receive excellent service.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and ensuring accurate price labelling of products.
  • Keeping the shop area clean, tidy, and safe, including restocking shelves and maintaining a high level of presentation.
  • Ensuring all perimeter alarms are activated and that the site building is secure throughout the night.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A can-do attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
  • The ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not essential.
