Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations (HACCP guidelines). Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, reduce waste, and coordinate restocking when needed. Late-Night Operations: Manage the kitchen effectively during late hours, handling orders, staffing, and closing duties.
