Role Overview

As a Leadership & Talent Manager, you will direct the design and delivery of leadership and talent development solutions to build effective, capable leaders who can manage in an Agile organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement development strategies and pathways.
- Oversee the work of the Leadership and Talent team.
- Drive succession planning and high-potential development initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders on talent acceleration strategies.
- Align leadership development with the organization's future needs.

Required Skills and Experience

- Experience in leadership development and executive coaching.
- Expertise in strategic talent management and succession planning.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile leadership behaviors.

Success Indicators

- Increased management capability and confidence.
- Strong and diverse succession pipelines.
- Leadership behaviors supporting Agile ways of working.
- Effective development of teams by leaders.
