Job Summary

This role offers hands-on experience across finance functions, including accounts receivable and accounting. You will be part of a small, high-impact team in a fast-paced multinational environment, reporting directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strong monthly results in Worldwide Collections by managing high-volume customer accounts and resolving disputes.
  • Monitor credit risk across our global customer base and contribute to annual credit insurance policy renewal.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Contribute to automation and process improvement efforts across Finance.
  • Assist with monthly Accounting, AR, and prepaid reports preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
