
Facilities Engineering Professional

- The ideal candidate will collaborate with departments and partners to deliver facility and utility support services safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Maintain a permanent inspection readiness state for the site and support continuous improvement through active participation in projects and system failure studies.
- Support change control related to the engineering function and participate in lean measures such as gemba and kaizen events.
- Comply with global policies, procedures, and guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) in day-to-day activities.
- Accountable for compliance via documentation completion, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
- Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and support resolution of any such issues.
- Develop new and review existing sop's and support site reliability and calibration improvement programs.
- Prior relevant facility engineering experience, preferably gained in a gmp manufacturing setting.
- Experience providing support to the facility and utility support functions.
- Knowledge of regulatory/code requirements to irish, european, and international codes, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in microsoft office suite and job-related computer applications.
- A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, ideally in an engineering, science, or other technical discipline.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
