About this role

This exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Adviser (QFA) to join our team in Dublin. As part of our sales force, you will be responsible for delivering expert financial advice to new and existing clients across various sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on wealth management, pensions, and protection solutions to clients
  • Maintain and expand an established client portfolio through strategic relationship-building
  • Develop new business opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives and networking events
  • Represent the organization as a trusted advisor in the marketplace, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to team goals by leveraging your expertise and professional network
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including MiFID and the Consumer Protection Code 2012

Candidate Profile:

  • Fully QFA qualified with a strong understanding of pensions, investments, and associated tax/regulatory requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial advisory services, with a proven track record of growth and success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
  • Full driver's licence required
