OverviewThis position is based in Dublin, covering the Dublin / Leinster area. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of advisory and servicing experience preferably with high net worth clients who require qualified advice.
Key Responsibilities- Meet clients and provide financial advice to a new and existing client base.
- Manage and continuously build relationships with the client portfolio.
- Develop new business opportunities through internal and external channels.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and team-based goals.
- Adhere to standards/codes/rules set by regulators.
- Enhance brand awareness and be an ambassadorial presence in the marketplace.
- Fully QFA qualified – minimum requirement for this role and a third-level qualification.
- At least 3 years of advisory experience in financial services.
- An ability to work with an existing client base to develop and grow that book.
- Excellent knowledge of investment products, markets, and the associated risk/return rationale.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- A high level of accuracy/attention to detail.
- An ability to prioritise workload.
- Able to work on their own initiative.
- Pay: Dependent on experience.
- Additional pay: Performance bonus and commission.
- Experience: Financial services: 3 years (required).
- Drivers licence.
- Mid-Senior level.
- Full-time.
