Job Title: Site Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced site engineering supervisors to oversee the execution of construction projects in Limerick and Cork.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil/structural engineering, with experience in supervising large-scale infrastructure projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with the employer's requirements and contractor's obligations.

  • Supervise and administer all civil/structural related construction works on site.
  • Monitor, measure, inspect, and report on works being carried out to meet employer's requirements.
  • Assist the employer's representative in technical and contractual matters.
  • Prepare regular site progress reports in conjunction with other site resident staff regarding quality and programme.
  • Ensure compliance with safety health and welfare at work regulations 2013 and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Experience with bridge construction is desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
  • A good knowledge and awareness of H&S legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Ability to define potential problem issues, collect data, establish, and report on facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations.
