Seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant in a well-established Nursing Home in Roscommon. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of residents.
As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing daily personal care, mobility assistance, and support with mealtime activities. You will also monitor changes in health or behavior and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless communication between colleagues and management.
- Required Qualifications:
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a care setting preferred but not essential
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
