Our team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Design Leader to join our dynamic practice. This exciting opportunity allows the selected candidate to take ownership of leading and delivering projects from concept through to completion, working closely with directors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver projects with technical expertise, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, codes of practice and industry developments.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of skills in structural design and analysis, including concrete, steel, timber and masonry design.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software and 3D modelling techniques, utilizing tools such as Auto CAD for effective project management and client liaison.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (MEng or equivalent), preferably with chartership status.
  • Relevant structural engineering experience, with a strong track record of managing and mentoring junior engineers within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
