Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Fund Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of fund accounting service delivery to assigned clients. Your responsibilities will include reviewing, approving, and assisting with the preparation of daily, weekly, and month-end valuations.

You will be responsible for managing your team's service standards and specified deadlines within a dynamic work environment. This includes resolving complex transactions, generating ideas for process improvements, and enhancing team performance to deliver a cohesive service to clients and their investors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hedge fund accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting the management and evolution of the operating model, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of fund accounting processing.

You will also be responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with key operational groups, including proactive relationship management with clients and review of monthly KPI and SLA reporting.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3-4 years experience in hedge fund accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • A degree qualified in Accounting or Finance related field
