Senior Account Manager, Experiential

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Brand Experience Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and running some of our agency's key clients in Dublin.

You will need to possess an excellent track record in delivering outstanding campaigns and events in the realm of brand experience while demonstrating an overall level of performance that ensures client and campaign success.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
    • Manage new and existing client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.
    • Manage all campaign timelines and implementation plans.
    • Continuously liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage expectations.
    • Managing all aspects of admin of a client account in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are clearly managed and met.
  • Team Management:
    • Manage team members across various departments – Creative, Production and Staffing.
    • Manage a team, ensuring successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverables.
    • Regular check-ins with senior members of the team.
  • Finance:
    • Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders.
    • Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs.
    • Stick to campaign budget on all campaigns and deliver target GP.
  • Client Services:
    • Build strong relationships with your clients, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis.
    • Attend client meetings.
    • Look for new opportunities with clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years in an events agency or producing large-scale events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities.
  • Ambitious and looking to learn and personally develop.
Location

We are based in Dublin but operate a hybrid working model. We encourage our team to come into the office at least 2-3 days a week but are always flexible with people.
