Job Description

Creative Campaign Lead

As a Creative Campaign Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and engaging campaigns that drive business results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that meet our clients' marketing goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing campaign concepts that align with client objectives
  • Collaborating with art directors, designers, copywriters, and account managers to produce high-quality creative assets
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Presenting campaign results and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategy

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
  • Strong understanding of campaign development, execution, and analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
