
Telecommunications Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled Signaling and Telecommunication Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of S&T systems within railway infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily S&T installation activities including cable laying, equipment mounting, wiring, and signal testing.
- Ensure implementation of project drawings and bill of quantities (BOQ) items as per approved designs and client specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments for material delivery, manpower allocation, and progress updates.
- Monitor and record installation and commissioning activities, ensuring proper documentation for quality checks and audits.
- Assist in the verification of subcontractor bills and work measurements based on actual site progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant railway standards and maintain safety protocols during field execution.
- Participate in the preparation of weekly progress reports, inspection logs, and site diaries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in S&T works supervision within railway, metro, or related infrastructure projects.
- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or relevant engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of: Signaling principles, relay logic, telecom systems, and basic rail project execution.
- Skills Required:
- Ability to interpret signaling layouts, wiring diagrams, and telecom schematics.
- Strong understanding of BOQ-based progress tracking and material reconciliation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic project reporting tools.
- Effective team coordination, time management, and documentation skills.
