Build a robust IT infrastructure from the ground up
The Role Overview- Provide day-to-day IT support across all locations, ensuring seamless system operation and minimal downtime.
- Manage new staff onboarding, including hardware and software setup, to guarantee a smooth transition into the organization.
- Track and resolve technical issues via a ticketing system, maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective problem-solving.
- Liaise with external vendors and consultants to negotiate optimal service agreements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement security protocols, certification processes, and recovery procedures to safeguard sensitive information and minimize risk.
- Support audit activities and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements, driving data-driven decision-making and process enhancements.
- Collaborate in reviewing and building out the organization's long-term IT strategy, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
This is a full-time 3-year role with a mid-term review scheduled six months prior to the end to assess progress and determine the organization's future IT needs.
Responsibilities include managing daily IT operations, developing and implementing IT strategies, providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
