Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a new venue in the heart of Dublin city.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, brimming with ideas, and ready to help us create unforgettable events for our clients.

Our beautiful Victorian building houses fantastic function rooms, perfect for private parties, business gatherings, corporate events and special occasions.

As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling and developing our function rooms, building relationships with local businesses and key partners, and representing our brand at industry events.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in sales, events or hospitality (ideally all three).
  • A natural networker - confident starting conversations and building rapport.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible schedule - some evening and weekend work will be part of the job to ensure client events run smoothly.
