Become a successful Territory Manager with our High-Growth Startup in Belfast.

Drive your patch like it's your own business, owning your accounts from first contact through to long-term success. You'll be responsible for driving distribution throughout the Belfast area by building relationships with independent retailers, including convenience stores, vape shops, phone shops, symbol groups, and the On-Trade. Your day-to-day will involve visiting and educating decision makers on our business, product portfolio, and service, and activating new accounts through merchandising and point-of-sale materials.

The role will organically shift towards account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, continued business, and growth. To succeed, you'll need to be highly adaptable, organized, and able to split your time effectively between new business meetings and account management. This is a field-based role, working remotely, so self-motivation, efficiency, and ownership are key.
