Lead a team of skilled engineers in the successful delivery of large-scale civil engineering projects within the water and wastewater sector.

As a seasoned construction manager, you will oversee site operations, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex civils projects, excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices, and strong commercial awareness. Regular travel to project sites in the UK is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage site operations to meet deadlines and budgets
  • Oversee and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Maintain full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be a highly organized and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commercially aware and results-driven approach is essential for this role. The following skills are desirable:

  • Proven experience managing civils projects in the water or wastewater sector
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HSE regulations and best practice
  • Commercially aware with budget and cost management skills
  • Full UK driving licence
