Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team in delivering high-profile civil engineering projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Your primary focus will be on managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to achieve project goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as identifying and mitigating risks.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and project team members at all levels. Your ability to think strategically and make informed decisions will be crucial in driving project success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Civil or Structural Engineering degree (Master's preferred)
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with a recognized professional body
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
