We are seeking an experienced software engineer with deep expertise in AWS and Amazon Connect to join our team of IT professionals.
The Role- Design and implement solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship new features.
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues; optimize for scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead feature design and development, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and best practices.
- Contribute to coding standards, tooling, and agile methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and support continuous team improvement through knowledge sharing and coaching.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, preferably in agile environments.
- Strong knowledge and experience with AWS and Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in TDD, CI/CD, and automation tools.
