Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our engineering team in the development of cloud native web applications. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and debugging of applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate dependencies and risks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of full stack developers in the development of cloud native web applications.
  • Demonstrate experience building cloud native (AWS) web applications using Spring boot, API, Java microservices, Angular/React JS in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on experience with design, development, and debugging applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate dependencies and risks.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS).
  • Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting, designing & implementing large scale IAM Systems.
  • Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python, etc).
