Job Description
The Psychological Health Inspector will play a key role in ensuring adherence to best practices, ethical guidelines, and legal frameworks related to the management of psychological health at work and the management of work-related psychosocial hazards.

Key Accountabilities
* Develop and update relevant Codes of Practice and guidelines to ensure compliance on relevant legislation in accordance with the HSA Legislation and Guidance development process
* Manage a team of direct reports, creating a positive working environment and supporting their professional and personal development
* Represent, as assigned, the Authority at National, EU and International fora to ensure the Authority effectively contributes to EU strategies, roadmaps and other activities

Essential Requirements
* Primary degree in Psychology (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent)
* Minimum of three years relevant work experience
