About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behavioural Health and Safety Team as a Grade II Inspector/Organisational Psychologist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote psychological health and wellbeing at work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote psychological health and wellbeing at work.
  • Conduct research and provide expert advice and guidance on psychological health and wellbeing at work.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Primary degree in Psychology (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent).
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
