Executive Chef and Culinary Director

This is a key leadership position responsible for the overall management and coordination of food production across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be an experienced head chef with a strong background in multi-site operations, who can drive culinary excellence and lead a team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead by example in producing high-quality food, assist in training staff to meet established standards, share knowledge to support daily operations, and maintain high food quality standards.
- Menu Creation and Innovation: Collaborate on menu creation and innovation to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Kitchen Operations: Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards at all times, manage kitchen finances effectively, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Seasoned head chef with a strong background in multi-site operations, excellent leadership and team management skills, ability to drive culinary excellence, and experience in managing kitchen finances.
