Job Title: Senior Mechanical Design Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Manager to take a central role in the creation, development, and validation of advanced medical technologies. This position requires a broad technical background, bringing together expertise in mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, and manufacturing disciplines.

The Senior Mechanical Design Manager will be responsible for shaping product requirements into detailed design specifications, selecting materials and manufacturing methods, and feasibility assessments and proof-of-concept builds. A key focus is driving continuous improvements in design and production processes to ensure product quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

Beyond technical leadership, this position includes managing multi-disciplinary project teams, applying structured project management practices, and leading risk management activities such as PHA, FTA, and FMEA. The engineer will oversee problem-solving activities, supplier engagement, and provide guidance across the full product lifecycle.
