Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized care plans for adults with disabilities.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and holistic care.
  • Offer consultation and training to staff and caregivers to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A recognized postgraduate qualification in Psychology.
  • Full registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Proven experience working with adults with disabilities.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
