Job Overview
Fexco Limited Company is currently recruiting for a Technical Writer to join their team. This role is a critical part of our payments products' success and requires a strategic approach to technical documentation.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the opportunity to work from our offices in Dublin or Killorglin, Co. Kerry with flexibility to work a hybrid model.



Responsibilities:
Lead and develop cross-product documentation management strategies, introducing best practices for creating, storing, and managing product documentation across all Fexco technical domains.
Enable this strategy by producing high-quality, accurate documentation tailored to various audiences.
Perform research and necessary editing to prepare documents, product manuals, reports, user guides, implementation guides, briefings, presentations, guidelines, release notes, process flows, and other materials.
Create and update customer user guides, product procedures, and service catalogues in line with product releases.
Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency in documentation creation.
In line with the aforementioned approach, create, manage, and maintain well-organized documentation repositories, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for these repositories.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Owners, Product Manager/Product Owner, Project Managers, Software & QA Engineers, UX Designers, and internal customers, to gain an in-depth understanding of the business and the product to inform documentation requirements.
Liaise with content owners across the business to ensure consistency in tone and approach to customer-facing material.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical documentation and adherence to compliance standards.
Suggest and implement continuous improvement to the technical writing process and toolset.
