Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

You will work closely with our operations team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise, and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Your primary objective will be to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency, while also ensuring the safety of our staff and visitors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of all facilities and equipment
  • Identify and resolve any maintenance issues that may arise
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure the safety of staff and visitors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong technical background in maintenance and operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency
