We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing business performance through process improvement, efficiency, and quality management.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Your expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies will enable you to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes, resulting in increased productivity and cost reduction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement change management projects, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of inefficiency and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement changes and monitor progress.
  • Establish and maintain metrics to measure KPIs and track performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Science or Engineering.
  • Lean and Six Sigma certification equivalent to Lean Leader level and/or Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement.
  • Industry-related experience and knowledge of cGMPs, ICH/CFR guidelines, ISO Norms, and Industrial Safety guidelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Process Optimization and Quality Management.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement.
