Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

This role will provide direct support to Process Team Leads across Commercial & Clinical products, ensuring seamless supply of product(s) from contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to engage cross-functional teams, providing back-up support for Process Team Leads as needed.

Ongoing responsibilities include consolidating and issuing key performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement activities, and executing operation tasks to eliminate or reduce touchpoints associated with a task.

An ability to work independently and flexibly is required as this list of support responsibilities may change depending on business needs.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within an operations and regulated environment.
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification.
  • A working understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP), good working knowledge of processes/unit operations assigned to the team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level of initiative and drive, excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
