Job Opportunity

A leading Civil Contractor seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage marine and port-related projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues impacting project delivery.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project resources to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for seamless integration of project deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project management processes and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing marine or port-related projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
