Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Residential Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To ensure that all assigned rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, using approved chemicals and equipment.
  • To maintain accurate records of room assignments, linen, and towel supplies.
  • To replenish bathroom and bedroom items according to established schedules and standards.
  • To ensure timely notification of any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisor/manager.
  • To coordinate with colleagues to maximize resource utilization and minimize costs.
  • To participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance performance and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
