Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our residential construction projects in Cork.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the project execution plan, ensuring seamless site operations, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement effective health and safety strategies to ensure a proactive safety culture on site.
  • Select and appoint key supervisory roles across the project lifecycle, including Appointed Person, Crane Supervisor, Temporary Works Coordinator, and others.
  • Communicate project objectives and updates to all stakeholders through regular progress reports and meetings.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, overseeing scopes of work, budgets, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate service providers and third parties to maintain efficient site operations.
  • Review and contribute to design documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead daily site meetings, maintain short-term lookahead programmes, and report progress regularly.
  • Oversight of the site construction team to ensure high-quality delivery of work.
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, design specifications, and quality standards.
  • Implement quality assurance protocols, communicating standards to subcontractors and internal teams.
