We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our residential development project in Cork City. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
About the Project:
- The project comprises 114 high-quality apartments across two architecturally designed blocks.
- As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor progress against programme and report to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery.
- Maintain site records and documentation.
- Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of RC frame construction and precast systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Able to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines.
- Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent).
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant certifications.
