Construction Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of residential development projects. This role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring site safety and operations run smoothly.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks
  • Ensure site safety and manage on-site construction activities
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades
  • Manage EHS as per Company standards
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Manage site records, progress reports, and day-to-day problem-solving
  • Monitor project costs and ensure resource efficiency
Requirements
  • Degree in construction management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience as construction engineer/site manager/project manager
  • Experience managing housing projects desirable
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements
  • Proven track record in delivering complex residential projects
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines
