High-Rise Project Coordinator Needed

The Role
  • Manage construction site programmes and schedules.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely completion of works.

A seasoned contractor is required to oversee residential projects in Cork. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing construction sites and teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes are delivered on time.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Construction Management or similar and at least 5 years' experience managing residential or commercial projects. They must be able to effectively manage site programmes and schedules, as well as coordinate multiple subcontractors.

Excellent IT skills and good digital presentation skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint applications is also necessary.

Requirements
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Management or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing residential or commercial projects with a main contractor or specialist contractor in Ireland.
