Site Manager Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our residential project in Cork.

The successful candidate will have a trade background or higher education, with a proven track record in site supervision or foreperson roles. They will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and contractors, as well as ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

  • Manage health and safety on-site and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Lead whiteboard and lookahead meetings to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Appoint supervisory positions such as Temporary Works Coordinators and Scaffolding Inspectors.
  • Manage sub-contractors and delegate responsibilities across the site team.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports to ensure work is in line with the programme of works.

This is a fixed-term contract for 2 years, with opportunities for career development and top-tier benefits.
