Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role that oversees the development and implementation of operational excellence initiatives. The Associate Director will lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance productivity, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving change in complex organizations. They will also possess a deep understanding of lean and six sigma methodologies, as well as experience with data analytics and process mapping.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operational excellence strategies to drive business results and improve quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational excellence or a related field.
  • Lean and six sigma certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
