Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director to lead our operational teams and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

About You:
  • Senior management experience in leading operational teams to drive results
  • Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to achieve success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience of managing retail and facilities operations

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team of managers, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving foodservice and support service solutions that exceed customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth and retention strategies for new and existing business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop financially sound bids and proposals
  • Deliver profits for the region through leadership and support for Unit Managers
  • Review unit and contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance

You will also be responsible for communicating strategy to the team, ensuring improvements are implemented to maximise performance and customer satisfaction, and developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
