Job Title: Reliability Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a Reliability Enhancement Specialist to improve asset management and reliability through technical support of the maintenance function and optimization of the site maintenance process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing equipment history within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts.
  • Maintaining the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, including vibration, thermography, and predictive analyses.
  • Developing engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.
  • Benchmarking other sites and industries for new emerging technologies and techniques.
  • Implementing digital solutions and SMART maintenance strategies.
  • Collaborating with the planner and scheduler to ensure that the PM/PdM services meet key performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role in an industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy.
  • The ability to analyze and identify trends and patterns.
  • Proficiency in CMMS knowledge is highly desirable.
