Job Overview

This role involves hybrid working, with 2 days per week spent in the office. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the Month-end process, overseeing day-to-day Finance operations, ensuring financial control and compliance duties are met, conducting financial and variance analysis, and supporting senior leadership through liaison and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial data and reports;
  • Oversee accounting functions;
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial information;
  • Conduct financial analyses and provide insights;
  • Support senior management with strategic decisions.
Required Skills
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified accountant;
  • Proven track record of managing finance teams in SMEs;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
