Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
We are seeking an experienced Bar Service Person to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver Professional, Friendly, and Courteous Service: Ensure all guests receive excellent treatment and have a positive experience at our hotel.
- Maintain High Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations and provide exceptional service.
- Support Other Departments: Assist colleagues as needed to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Previous Experience Essential: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Available to Work Varied Shifts: Be available to work both mid-week and weekend shifts to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
