We are looking for a dynamic professional to fill the role of Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive compliance and excellence in the pharmacy.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support the delivery of excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist (or eligible to register) with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI).
  • 4/5 years' post-registration experience in a busy, patient-focused pharmacy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to drive compliance and excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
