We are seeking an ambitious and skilled individual to join our Treasury Risk Solutions Team. As a Graduate Trainee Dealer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients for their foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risk management needs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong academic background with a 3rd level qualification (honours and/or Master's) and relevant work experience commensurate with academic studies. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential for this role. You will also possess high energy levels, a flexible mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful candidate will join an ambitious, diverse, and dynamic team that challenges conventional approaches to risk management for corporate clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to support client growth and retention, monitor and communicate movements in foreign exchange markets, and assist in the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service, and working collaboratively to achieve business objectives.
