  • Develop and implement digital and social media strategies; adapt and leverage global campaigns for local execution.
  • Partner with our PR agency to drive proactive media engagement and enhance brand visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for brand development, including brand tracking and impact measurement.
  • Coordinate with HR and Learning & Development to deliver marketing and business development training for staff.
  • Provide mentoring and day-to-day support to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Strong understanding of digital campaign execution, with an appreciation for design and visual storytelling
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and stakeholder management experience
  • Highly organised with strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Confident presenter and communicator with fluency in written and spoken English essential for this role
