Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring they are delivered to a high standard and in line with regulatory requirements.

This includes managing teams, supervising staff, and providing guidance and support as needed. The role also involves developing and implementing programs to improve service delivery and outcomes.

  • Managing a team of social care professionals
  • Supervising staff and providing coaching and mentoring
  • Developing and implementing programs to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Ensuring services are run in accordance with HIQA regulations

Requirements:

  • Third-level degree in Health & Social Care or relevant field
  • Minimum of three years' experience in management or supervisory role in health or social care
  • Management qualification or working towards same
  • Full, clean driving license for at least two years
  • Mental health training/experience an advantage
