Job Title: Clinical Haematologist
">The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality haematology services in a multidisciplinary team environment.
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Haematologist to provide clinical leadership and participate in educational and audit activities. The postholder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team under the direction of hospital leadership and department directors.
About the Role:
- Maintain awareness of patient-centered care in all hospital activities.
- Ensure implementation of hospital policies in collaboration with hospital leadership.
- Demonstrate alignment with hospital values and promote open communication.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of hospital leadership and department directors.
- Provide clinical leadership and participate in educational and audit activities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of care through consultation and liaison.
- Participate in laboratory medicine management, working within the Coombe NCSL and Pathology departments.
- Contribute to service development and ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Offer expert consultation and participate in hospital educational activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully trained to the level of Consultant Haematologist.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities.
- Additional experience in other specialist areas is desirable.
