Job Description:

As a Senior Fashion Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to drive business growth and excellence in fashion retail management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience in managing sales turnover of €5m+ and overseeing store rosters to ensure cost control and budget adherence.

  • The successful candidate will have 3-4+ years of senior retail fashion management experience, with a proven track record of maximising profitability by meeting targets for sales and controlling costs.
  • They will inspire and develop the team to achieve their personal and professional goals, ensuring excellent product knowledge and the highest level of customer service.
  • Responsibilities include managing and analysing departmental sales performance, implementing plans of action where required, and developing strong working relationships within the store, head office personnel, and external business partners.
