Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will be part of our Technology and Innovation group, working on cutting-edge technology-related legal matters.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PQE in technology law or a related field, with experience in advising on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, intellectual property, and digital services regulation. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently are essential.

The role involves managing complex and high-value client projects, leading a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team, and contributing to business development and thought leadership in the technology law space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on complex and innovative technology law projects across various sectors.
  • Manage client advisory matters, including large-scale commercial contract negotiations and drafting.
  • Advise on key issues including data protection, AI, cybersecurity, digital single market compliance (DMA, DSA), and intellectual property.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional client projects.
  • Contribute to the development of business opportunities and thought leadership in the technology law space.

Requirements:

  • A qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE in technology law or a related field.
  • Experience in advising on data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, intellectual property, and digital services regulation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Proven leadership skills with a commitment to mentoring junior team members.
