Senior AI Quality Assurance Specialist

This Senior QA Engineer role involves defining, implementing and automating comprehensive testing strategies for AI-powered solutions. A key focus will be on Generative AI applications, requiring expertise in traditional software testing combined with specialized knowledge of AI/ML testing methodologies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks for Generative AI applications and LLM-based systems
- Execute manual and automated testing of platform UI components, user interfaces and AI-powered conversational systems
- Design and execute end-to-end process flow testing for complex AI workflows and multi-system integrations
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 7+ years of QA engineering experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or complex platform applications
- Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD integration
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman and custom automation frameworks
- Knowledge of AI/ML evaluation metrics and testing methodologies for non-deterministic systems and model outputs
